What is the AuPairCare Network?

The AuPairCare Network is a volunteer ambassador program made up of current and former au pairs who are excited to represent AuPairCare, share their au pair experience, and support cultural exchange in meaningful ways—all while earning perks, swag, and exclusive rewards.

Is this a paid job?

No. This is not a paid or employment position. Ambassadors volunteer their time and energy and are rewarded through a points-based system that unlocks swag, perks, and exclusive experiences.

Who can apply?

Current au pairs and alumni in good standing with AuPairCare who are enthusiastic, engaged, and willing to actively participate are encouraged to apply.

What do Ambassadors do?

Ambassadors actively represent AuPairCare by:

Posting on social media about their au pair experience
Sharing AuPairCare with friends or others interested in becoming au pairs
Using their unique Share Link or QR code to refer new applicants
Participating in local events, community activities, or program initiatives when opportunities arise
Going above and beyond to positively represent the program and cultural exchange

Is posting on social media required?

Yes. Social media sharing is a core requirement of the program. Ambassadors are expected to regularly post authentic content about their au pair journey. We’ll provide guidance, ideas, and tools, but your voice and participation matter.

How do referrals work?

Each ambassador receives a unique Share Link. When someone applies through your link, the referral is automatically connected to you and earns you points.

What can ambassadors earn?

Ambassadors earn points for referrals, content, and participation. Points can be redeemed for:

Branded swag
Perks
Exclusive experiences
Top-tier rewards like a trip to New York City

The more you participate, the more you can earn.

Is there a minimum commitment?

There’s no set number of posts or referrals, but ambassadors are expected to be active and engaged. This program is best suited for au pairs who want to show up, participate, and represent AuPairCare proudly.
