AuPairCare Celebrates J-Day 2018 Across the Country

On August 6^th all around the country, AuPairCare and Intrax staff and program participants got together to celebrate J-Day. Here's how we celebrated the J-Day motto: #eatplaygive!

San Francisco

AuPairCare’s corporate offices celebrated J-Day with the rest of Intrax! For months, staff members had been collecting donations that would be sent to the San Francisco/Marin Food Bank. Along with donations, AuPairCare staff also participated in bake sales held at the Intrax headquarters. The money raised from the bake sales also went toward supporting the SF/Marin Food Bank. By the time J-Day arrived, the AuPairCare team headed to the FoodBank for a day of volunteering, packing up food for those in need in the area. In total, over 2000 pounds of food was weighed, sorted, and packed for the wider San Francisco Bay Area Community.

New Jersey / Greater New York Area

Au pairs and their Area Director Aline celebrated J-Day by reminiscing about all of the great memories they made since joining AuPairCare! The au pairs found a sunny, gorgeous spot near their homes to #eatplaygive and celebrate cultural exchange!
