Featured Au Pair: Dayane from Brazil

Dayane came into our family in the midst of the pandemic. After struggling with inconsistent childcare for a year, we finally decided to take the plunge & host an au pair.

As a family with one little guy with special needs, childcare can prove even more difficult as we wanted the very best for him & his development. Dayane came with a strong educational background in physiotherapy, she has an amazing grasp on his needs & ways to help him advance. Additionally, he just absolutely adores her! He cannot stop blowing her kisses when he sees her. Our 7 year old & Dayane have an amazing bond, she sees her as a big sister & her eyes light up every morning when Dayane comes out of her room to start the day. It's so fun for us as parents to come home after a long day & be greeted in Portuguese by our kids!

Dayane has gracefully integrated into the Franco family with such ease- like she should have been there all along. We appreciate her efforts every day in providing such love & care for our children. She is a top-notch au pair & a wonderful example of the program :)
