Infant Specialized Au Pair Training
All AuPairCare au pairs attend a mandatory Au Pair Academy orientation and training to ensure they are well prepared and more confident to provide your children with the best possible care. Our Infant Specialized au pairs attend a separate training program devoted to baby care and infant development.
AuPairCare's Infant Specialized curriculum is developed in concert with leading specialists in the area of infant childcare and development.
AuPairCare's proprietary Infant Specialized Au Pair
Training utilizes a hands-on approach to train au pairs in infant safety and caregiving and
infant stimulation and development. AuPairCare Infant Specialized au pairs attend a
certification course in infant CPR* and First Aid by the American Heart Association,
and also receive instruction from AuPairCare trainers certified in Infant Massage with the
Liddle Kidz Foundation, and trainers certified in Infant Sign language
by Baby Fingers, a leading Infant Sign Language learning organization.
Infant Specialized au pairs receive 5 days of orientation and training
in infant care and development. This hands-on training is a separate program from the standard
training and provides infant specialized au pairs with specific infant care instruction.
Every au pair that completes the unique Infant Specialized Care training course will receive a certificate of achievement.
