Au Pair Training
The Au Pair Academy
The AuPairCare Au Pair Academy is a mandatory orientation and training program designed to ensure that your au pair has a solid knowledge of child development and safety as well as an understanding of the responsibilities that come with living with and caring for children of an American family. The Au Pair Academy's goal is to make certain that every au pair is prepared to provide your children with the best care upon arrival to your home.
The AuPairCare Au Pair Academy training staff, led by Tracye Warfield, conduct discussions, activities and hands-on practical childcare training during the intensive 4-day orientation and training at our state-of-the-art New Jersey campus, a short distance from New York City. The professional AuPairCare Au Pair Academy staff are available throughout the program to support au pairs during their stay.

Each of these exercises increase confidence, thoughtful decision-making and prepare your au pair for a successful experience caring for your children.
The AuPairCare Au Pair Academy training program is also a great way for au pairs to share questions and concerns in a supportive environment. Au pairs become fast friends and frequently stay in touch once they are in their host communities.
