I decided in October 2005 that I wanted to be an au pair. Besides the United States being an awesome experience with its people, culture, lifestyle and language, I was more than blessed to find a terrific family who took me as a daughter and made me a real part of the family!
I am taking care of two adorable kids and have made a lot of good friends who share the same experience as I do.
From the beginning I was taken care of by my agency in Germany. Everything just went perfect and on time. Here in the United States my coordinators are taking good care of me.
I would like to thank especially Cheryl Kircher, who is our new coordinator. I have to say she gives the most effort and she is trying hard to make it good for all the au pairs and families. She answers all our questions. She is warmhearted and nice and we all feel that we could come to her in case of problems.
My stay here was a terrific experience and I would do it again!
I never regretted coming to this family or that I made the decision to be an au pair! I had a lot of good experiences and they made me grow and made me a strong independent and self-confident woman. I am happy I became an au pair.
