As an AuPairCare Area Director I am committed to helping each au pair exceed their host family's expectations. To do this successfully, I always remember that this program is about each au pair, host mom, dad, and child and recognizing their feelings.
I ask questions, I listen, and I ask more questions. And at the end the day I ask how I can be a better Area Director for host families and au pairs. When they respond I act, without hesitation, so that they know I am truly devoted to building them a family, friendship and memories that will last a lifetime.
