Find Au Pairs: Selection Process

Once you have completed the Au Pair Care online application, you will receive login information for our award-winning online EasyMatch™ system, designed to give you access to our large pool of carefully screened au pairs. EasyMatch™ provides you with a convenient and easy way to search for the au pairs that fit your childcare needs. You can search our database for au pairs based on childcare experience, skills, nationality, language, age, driving status, gender and more! Our Matching Experts are also available to guide you through this process and help you find the best au pair for your family, which is why so many families choose Au Pair Care again and again.

After reviewing a detailed profile about the au pair's skills and background, you can reserve an au pair for an interview. Once reserved, you can access the au pair's contact information and proceed with contacting him/her via telephone. You can review an unlimited number of au pair profiles until you match. Host families conduct a telephone interview with the au pair to determine if she/he will be compatible with their family. As a host family, when you call to introduce yourselves, you can give the au pair more information about your children, your community and anything else that's important to you.

Once the host family selects an au pair, Au Pair Care arranges everything. We will complete the visa paperwork, make necessary travel arrangements from the au pair's country, and schedule for your au pair to attend the Au Pair Academy orientation and training program.
