Review Au Pairs Right Away Once you have completed the online application, you’ll gain access to Au Pair Care’s EasyMatch™ system, where you can review hundreds of au pair profiles right away. Our Matching Experts are also available to make personalized au pair recommendations.

Interview Conduct two phone interviews with your au pair and have an in-home interview with a local Au Pair Care staff member. Host families should be committed to cultural exchange and willing to welcome an au pair as a family member.

Match & Select Arrival Date Once you agree to match with your au pair, consult our arrival calendar for a match date that works for your family. Au pairs arrive at least every two weeks and more often in the summer. Your au pair can arrive to your home in as little as 6 weeks!

AuPairCare Processes Documentation After you decide on your arrival date, we’ll take care of the rest. Au Pair Care processes all visa paperwork and flights for your au pair.
