- Tell us about your previous childcare experience.
- I love spending time with and caring for children. I’ve looked after a few families’ kids and I really enjoyed every minute of it. The best thing about interacting with children is teaching them something they didn’t know, to see the confusion at first, and then feeling the satisfaction when they finally understand what you’re trying to explain. To me, the development of a child’s brain from a very early age is very important and I believe this should be done in a playful and loving manner, as kids learn faster when they are having fun. I always try to make their daily tasks and chores, even homework more fun by adding fun activities and being playful, though I still ensure that they understand the importance of doing chores and completing their homework to teach them discipline. I also believe that a healthy diet is extremely important as it will develop the mind and keep them energetic to play more and learn more. I ensure to always take a run in the garden after school, some fresh air and sunlight and a good laugh!
- What three words would you use to describe yourself?
- I am caring, passionate and creative.
- Why do you want to be an Au Pair Care au pair?
- The reason why I chose to Au Pair in another country is for the opportunity to travel and to see the world’s greatest places and to learn about other cultures. I love people and have the ability to make friends easily, I can just about say that I have a passion for people and their different personalities, especially children as I love watching them grow up and become young custodians of their country. I’ve had a lot of childcare experience and each opportunity to work with children has bought great joy and fulfillment to my life. I am very passionate about teaching and developing children while adding value to their lives in the form of sport and outside activities.
