We can also facilitate the interviewing process and save you money by connecting your international telephone calls for free to the au pairs you are interested in interviewing. You can welcome an au pair into your home in as little as six weeks!

Once you have completed the Au Pair Care online application, you will receive login information for our award-winning online EasyMatch™ system where you can search our database of au pairs based on 15 different criteria including:

  • Childcare experience
  • Skills
  • Nationality
  • Language
  • Age
  • Driving status
  • Gender

You will have access to detailed information about the au pair's childcare experience, skills, lifestyle and background (and remember, all candidates go through Au Pair Care’s detailed au pair screening process). You can review a photo slide show and personal video created by the au pair. Once you find a candidate you are interested in, reserve the file and you'll gain access to the au pair's contact information and can proceed with contacting her/him via telephone. You can review an unlimited number of online au pair profiles until you match.
