Au Pair Café

Hi AuPairCare au pairs in Sacramento! We have several new arrivals this month to the AuPairCare Program this month! I have includes them on the new phone/contact list and I encourage you to contact them as soon as possible.

October is a great time to get outdoors and enjoy the great weather and fall activities. There are many pumpkin patches and family farms in the Sacramento area for you to enjoy. A good website to visit is http://www.pumpkinpatchesandmore.org/CApsanfran.php   The site also includes local farms that have organic produce and that are harvesting the last of the summer crops and the beginning of the fall crops. Sacramento has a great tradition of agriculture so get out there and discover it.

I know that quite a few au pairs are actively going out and seeing musical festivals and events. Sacramento AuPairs need to share the information! Let us know what you are doing and any great events you come across so that we can all go!

As au pairs participating in AuPairCare cultural exchange you might want to come and check out UC Davis’ Celebrate UC Davis event on October 12th. The university will have a lot of information about its different academic programs, as well as music and lots of food.
