Hi AuPairCare au pairs! I had a great time with you all at the picnic even though we had some funny events. Summer is almost here and there are a lot of great activities to do in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. What activities do you enjoy in the summer? Were there any activities in your home country you will not be able to do here?

I wasn’t at the picnic, but I think it sounds like a great idea. children love picnics-especially Teddy Bear picnics or tea parties!
This is the time of year I love to eat outdoors and enjoy the flowers.

Hey, oh yes the picnic was great !!!! and the “funny” events made it even more special. I loved it!! Well, summer in my country (as almost every day) is time to go to the beach. And.. well, that I won’t be able to do right? hehe. I wish we could do something like tracking or what in Portuguese is called “arvorismo” I really don’t know that in English (I’ll try to find that out and post it here, or if anyone knows, please help me), or rafting.. something to keep us in touch with nature.
