AuPairCare’s Central/Southern Region consists of the States of Arkansas, Georgia, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee & Texas. We are excited to be offering this great opportunity for you to communicate about your year as an AuPairCare au pair. Please, join us weekly (or even daily!) to share insights into your year as an au pair. We hope you will all be able to help each other positively through this wonderful site. You all remember what it was like to arrive as an au pair in the USA for the first time. Please reply and share some of the things you did to keep from missing your home and family and perhaps advice you would give to an au pair who has just arrived in the U.S.

Hello all!
I am really glad to see the cafe forum growing and I like the idea of sharing information and staying in contact via this website.
I am a student from Poland and I would like to come to Atlanta as an au pair. I have actually already passed the application process at the AuPairCare and now I am waiting for offers from host families. I would like to come to Atlanta, because I love this city, I have visited it last year, and really liked it.
I am waiting for any offers from anywhere close to Atlanta, but so far only families from CA and NY have contacted me. Therefore I would like to ask if anyone can help me finding a host family closer to Atlanta or anywhere in GA, TN, SC or NC? If you know anyone who could help me please email me (emilia-lach@wp.pl).
