Remember what it was like when you first arrived please reach out to our new arrivals, invite them along on your next outing. If you could give the new au pairs one piece of advice, what would it be?

A piece of advice I would give to all newly arriving au pairs is to get to make sure they spend time with their host family and ask lots of questions. It is more important to learn about the children and the household, than socializing outside of the family.
