We had four AuPairCare Au Pair arrivals to our cluster group last month - Asli from Turkey, Beril from Turkey, Julie from France and Ana from Brazil. They have all joined our group here in Central New Jersey. I would like to welcome them all - so please if you could join me. You all remember what it was like to be arriving to a new family and to the USA. Please reply and share with to give some advice and pearls on what you would give to an Au Pair who just arrived - and how to have a successful year.

A piece of advise I would give to all newly arriving au pairs is to get to make sure they spend time with their host family and ask lots of questions. It is more important to learn about the children and the household, than socializing outside of the family.
