AuPairCare's Au Pair Academy is the perfect way to prepare you for a successful year ahead as an AuPairCare au pair. Every AuPairCare au pair takes part in this 4-day orientation and training program in New Jersey, just eight miles from New York City. The Au Pair Academy takes place at a state-of-the-art hotel campus which boasts an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, Fitness center with sauna, Internet Café with free WIFI internet access and even a Starbucks lounge. In this comfortable and friendly environment, you will meet other international AuPairCare au pairs and learn about becoming a confident and responsible au pair.

Our professional staff is always available to personally answer all of your questions and concerns about taking care of children and your time in the USA.
At the Au Pair Academy you will participate in our hands-on and interactive orientation and training program which covers the following topics:

You are starting your job as an au pair once you arrive in the U.S. so your first priority is to review child safety and development at the AuPairCare Au Pair Academy. During your training at AuPairCare's Au Pair Academy, your lodging, breakfast and lunches and use of the hotel's guest amenities are free. You'll also have free time to relax and an opportunity to visit New York City with other au pairs.
