Since 1989, Au Pair Care has successfully placed over 40,000 au pairs with caring host families in America. As an official au pair agency designated by the U.S. Department of State, Au Pair Care will sponsor your J-1 visa, organize your travel to and from the U.S., provide you with health insurance, match you with a host family and offer local support throughout your year in the U.S.

As an au pair, you will spend 12 months living with a carefully screened American family and caring for their children up to 45 hours per week. In your free time, you can meet new friends and experience life in the U.S. To become an au pair, you need to be between 18 and 26 years of age, have experience caring for children, speak English, and be a high school graduate, among other qualifications.
